Our People - Craig Taylor

Craig joins Ai Group Legal, after many years in senior roles within national and city law firms. Based in our Melbourne office, Craig has more than nine years experience, specialising in workplace relations law. Prior to joining Ai Group, Craig was a Senior Associate with Blake Dawson Waldron. He then worked as Senior Associate at Australian Business Lawyers.

Craig has advised employers across a wide range of industries in relation to the full spectrum of workplace relations issues including specialist expertise in discrimination and harassment matters. He regularly appears in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Federal and State Equal Opportunity Commissions and Federal and State Courts.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations. Craig is also an experienced and accredited trainer and works with clients on key areas to manage workplace issues in their business.

In past years, he has been an active council member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
